Which Recepciona plan is right for me?

If you miss calls during working hours and don't depend on insurers, the Essential plan covers them. If you run a garage, work with insurers or get customers at any hour and in any language, the Complete plan is the one for you.

The practical rule is to count what slips through. If it's the morning calls while you work, Essential. If there's also late-night WhatsApp, insurer requests with deadlines, foreign customers or a quote nobody follows up, Complete. The 150 enquiries a month on the Essential plan are enough for a freelancer or a small business; a garage with several insurers almost always exceeds it, which is why the Complete plan has no limit.

If in doubt, start with how Recepciona works and the channels we handle, or tell us about your case and we'll tell you honestly which fits.
