1. Data controller

Recepciona, with its address at Avinguda U, 40 (Spain). Contact email for data protection matters: info@recepciona.app.

2. Data we process

Through this website we process the data you provide in the contact form or by email: name, business or activity, phone, email and the content of your message. We do not request more data than is needed to reply to you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your request for information and, if you ask for it, to send you a service proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form or email, and, where applicable, the pre-contractual measures you request. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with this data.

4. Our clients' customers' data

In providing the reception service, Recepciona processes third-party data (each business's customers) on behalf of the contracting business, which acts as data controller. Recepciona acts as data processor under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with the obligations set out in the data-processing agreement signed with each client. If a call is recorded, the caller is informed before continuing. Data is processed only to handle the request of the business's customer.

5. Retention

Contact data is kept while your request is being processed and, if no contract is concluded, for the period needed to address possible liabilities. Data processed as processor is kept according to the controller's instructions and returned or deleted when the service ends.

6. Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. The technology providers we use (web hosting, email, telephony) act as processors with the guarantees required by law.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@recepciona.app, stating the right you are exercising and enclosing proof of identity. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted communications and role-based access control.

9. Changes to this policy
