About us
Who we are and how we work
Recepciona is a reception team that answers on behalf of freelancers and small businesses, with their prices, their diary and their way of talking to customers.
What is Recepciona and where does it come from?
Recepciona is an outsourced reception service based at Avinguda U, 40 (Spain), designed for businesses where the person who knows how to answer the phone is the same person doing the work. It works integrated with Programa Taller, the management software for mechanical workshops.
The idea is simple to explain and hard to do well: answer the phone the way the business owner would. A friendly voice isn't enough. You need to know what is charged, when there's a slot, what is done and what isn't, and when to stop and ask. All of that is in the business profile we prepare with each client, and it's what separates a resolved enquiry from a pending message.
We started with garages because that's where the problem is clearest: calls, WhatsApp, emails and insurer platforms competing with the engine bay. Hence the integration with Programa Taller. But the scene repeats in any trade, clinic or small appointment-based business, and we serve those too.
How does the Recepciona team work?
With the business profile to hand, within the limits each client sets, and logging every enquiry where the business works.
Three rules sum up how we work. First: we don't promise what can't be delivered. If something isn't in the profile, it's noted and asked. Second: everything is logged, because a well-handled call that leaves no trace is half a lost call. Third: your customers' data is yours. If a call is recorded the caller is told first, and the information is used only to handle what the customer asks.
The rest is craft: listening, noting things down properly, answering clearly and knowing when to pass the call on. To see how that plays out day to day, look at how Recepciona works step by step or the channels we handle.
